The Dean of the Deanship of the Scientific Research and Graduate Studies announces the start of applications to transfer the study course from the comprehensive exam to the thesis and vice versa for the second semester 2019 / 2020 online through the Student Information System (SIS). It starts on Sunday 2/2/2020 until Saturday evening 15/2/2020. No applications will be allowed after this date, nor any paper requests will be approved
Note: Transfer requests for any discipline will only be considered when a supervisor is available in accordance with the instructions.
Conditions for submitting transfer applications:
Students who have finished 18 credit hours and a cumulative rate of (75%) until the end of the summer semester 2018/2019, are allowed to apply for a transfer of the study course, based on the decision of the Board of Deans No. (34/2019) on 9/9/2019.
Note: All previous transfer requests submitted by students are cancelled.
