حقق طلبة المدرسة النموذجية بجامعة اليرموك نتائج متميزة في امتحانات الثانوية العامة للعام الدراسي 2020/2021 للفرع العلمي والبالغ عددهم (151) طالباً وطالبة.
وذكر مدير المدرسة النموذجية بالجامعة أسامة العزام أن الطلبة الذين تقدموا لامتحانات الثانوية العامة لهذا العام حققوا نتائج مميزة كما في الأعوام السابقة، حيث حصلت الطالبة نوران أحمد الشياب على معدل (99.5) لتكون بذلك من العشرة الأوائل على مستوى المملكة، مشيرا الى ان عدد الطلبة في المدرسة الذين حصلوا على معدل (90) فما فوق (64) طالباً وطالبة، والذين حصلوا على معدل (80-89.9) بلغ (62) طالباً وطالبة، حيث بلغت نسبة النجاح في المدرسة حوالي 100%.
ولفت العزام إلى أن هذه النتائج تعكس المستوى العلمي للطلبة ونتاج طبيعي للدعم الذي تتلقاه المدرسة من إدارة الجامعة وتوفيرها للكوادر العلمية والتربوية المؤهلة، مؤكدا سعي إدارة النموذجية إلى المحافظة على سمعتها العلمية من خلال النتائج المتميزة التي يحصل عليها الطلبة سنوياً على مستوى المملكة.

قامت المعلمة أماني ابراهيم حموري بتمثيل المدرسة النموذجية لجامعة اليرموك من خلال المشاركة بالمؤتمر الوطني الرابع للتوأمة الإلكترونية وبدعم من مبادرة مدرستي والذي يسعى في كل عام لتطوير مهارات المعلمين بكل مايخص العملية التعليمية ويذكر بأنّ برنامج التوأمة الالكترونية المدعوم من الاتحاد الاوروبي وتشرف عليه مبادرة مدرستي في الاردن يُعنى بالتعلم عن طريق المشاريع لصقل مهارات وقدرات الطلبة.

The High Committee for the Management of the University Proficiency Exam in the Higher Education Accreditation And Quality Assurance Authority decided to hold the university proficiency exam for the last time for all students inside and outside the Kingdom on Sunday 30/8/2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. the exam will last for one hour for each student from the moment of entry, the Committee hopes commitment in taking the exam on time since it is the last chance. In case of failing the exam, the next session will be held at the end of the first semester of the academic year 2020/2021.

The Dean of Scientific Research and Graduate Studies at Yarmouk University announces that the admission to the Master's Program of the Health Services Management for Jordanian and Non-Jordanian Students for the first semester 2020/2021 is now open from Thursday, August 6, 2020, until the end of Sunday, 16/8. 2020.

The final incomplete exam of the national education course for the second semester 2019/2020 will be held on Monday, 10/8/2020 at 1:00 p.m. The exam will be held remotely through the Quiz platform via the university student no. and password. Students not applying for the exam will have a zero grade.

 

Yarmouk University announces the start of applications for bachelor's degree for students who have a high school or equivalent on the regular program in the following disciplines of the Faculty of Fine Arts:

  • · Design and applied arts.
  • · Plastic arts.
  • · Music.
  • · Drama.

Application starts from Wednesday, 31/07/2019. Students can pay the application fees through the Financial Department at Yarmouk University or at any branch of Cairo Amman Bank in the Kingdom, which is (15) JD, paid on the reference number of the application. Students must follow their mails entered into the application of admission,  in addition to the website of Yarmouk University to follow up their applications, and any application that does not meet the requirements will be cancelled.

Second: The conditions for admission:-

  • Minimum admission rate is 65%.
  • Achieving the minimum admission rate does not mean that acceptance is necessary, but the vacancy should be available and the capacity test is passed.

Third: the documents required at the time of admission (not refunded):

  1. The original high school grades transcript in Arabic are to those who have received the Jordanian High School.
  2. The equation of the high school certificate from the Jordanian Ministry of Education and copies of the grades transcript for students who have a non-Jordanian high school and that need to be equalized, or the original high school grades transcript certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Education for certificates that do not need to be equated.
  3. A certified copy of the civil status identity and the certificate of birth.
  4. Two photos (4*6) cm.

Fourth: The fee of one approved hour in the regular program is (45) JD for all disciplines of the faculty.

Important notes:·

. There is no transfer to the major of medicine, nor from one major to another within the Faculty of Arts.

· Applications that have not met the requirements will not be considered.

· Transferring results will be announced at the beginning of the first quarter 2019/2020.

 

. A transfer request fee in the regular program is (5) JD.

- A transfer request fee in the parallel program is (10) dinars.

 

Conditions for submitting a transfer application from one specialty to another (for bachelor's students)

Apply for one application and choose only one specialty.

The student must not have been previously transferred from one discipline to another.

The student should not be dismissed from the section to which he wishes to move.

Applying for transfer and fulfilling the conditions does not mean that the student will be transferred since this depends on the available vacancies.

Terms of transfer from one discipline to another

First) Transfer by rate in high school and according to the reason of admission as shown below:

A- Students whose admission is competitive: their high school rate must be higher than or equal to the rate of discipline to which the student wishes to move in his/her admission year to university.

B- Students whose admission is not competitive: the rate of discipline in which the student competitively accepted should be higher than the rate of discipline to which s/he wishes to be transferred to. Another case is that the student's rate in high school must be higher than or equal to the rate of the discipline to which s/he wishes to transfer to in his/her admission year to the university.

Second) Transfer according to the cumulative rate:-

The student must have studied at least (30) credit hours successfully at the university and has a numbered mark which should be entered into his study plan and obtained a cumulative rate of at least very good at the end of the semester. Also, (9) credit hours - identified and published on the university's website – should be included in the major he wishes to be transferred to. The student's score in any of the three courses should not be less than (70%)

- The old transfer system (6 hours) will be in process until the end of this semester (summer 2018/2019) only.

Important notes:

. There is no transfer to the Faculty of Medicine.

. Students who have accepted at the Faculty of Fine Arts cannot transfer to other disciplines on the regular program but on the parallel program.

. Students with high school rates of less than (80%) cannot be transferred to the disciplines of the Faculties of Pharmacy and Hajjawi for Engineering even if they meet the other conditions.

. Students with a high school rates of less than (75%) are not allowed to be transferred to the disciplines of the Faculty of Shari'a even if they meet the other conditions.

· Students who wish to transfer to the Faculty of Physical Education must pass the prescribed medical examination.

. Disciplines of Child education and Class Teacher are for females only.

Students can pay the applications fees through the Financial Department at Yarmouk University or in any branch of Cairo Amman Bank in the Kingdom as follows:

The application fee in the regular program is (5) JD is paid on the reference number for the first choice.

The application fee for the parallel program is (15) JD is paid on the reference number for each application.

 

Note: The applicant for the regular program is required to fill out four options.

- Applicants for the disciplines of the Faculty of Arts are subjected to test of abilities to be announced later.

- Applicants for the discipline of physical education are subjected to the medical examination scheduled by the Faculty of Physical Education.

  2. The equation of the high school certificate from the Jordanian Ministry of Education, and a copy of grades' transcript for students who have a non-Jordanian high school, or transcripts of the original high school certificates certified by the Jordanian Ministry of Education for certificates that do not need to be equated.
  3. A certified copy of the civil status identity and the birth certificate.
